This is the story of two sisters, Glenda and Suzanne, who are enjoying retirement, selling homemade preserves on Manitoulin Island. This summer, their focus is a handsome veterinarian neighbour and the arrival of Suzanne’s adult daughter, Beth, who is coming for a visit. But the sisters are worried. Beth’s visit is complicated by a secret they can no longer keep. Then, when Beth arrives with secrets of her own, the three women realize it’s time to share their truths.
