SYNOPSIS:
A well-meaning community theatre attempts to stage a 1920s murder mystery—only for everything imaginable to go disastrously, hilariously wrong. Welcome to opening night at a well-meaning community theatre, where an eager cast is attempting to stage an Agatha Christie-style murder mystery set in the 1920s.
Unfortunately, almost nothing goes according to plan. Missing props, collapsing scenery, forgotten lines, unconscious actors, and an increasingly desperate production team turn the evening into one brilliantly choreographed catastrophe.
Fast, physical, and delightfully ridiculous, The Play That Goes Wrong proves that no matter how badly things unravel, the show must somehow go on.

MUCH ADO ABOUT REIMAGININGS: AN INTERVIEW WITH DIRECTOR JARED LENOVER
Dundas Little Theatre has an abundance of creativity and a real urge for inclusion in their production team for their winter production of Much Ado About Nothing.
At the helm is director Jared Lenover who shares his thoughts about adapting the play, casting decisions, making the production accessible (in several important ways) and bringing, what we hope, is a breath of fresh air into the works of The Bard.

Skillfully directed by Peter Lloyd, Arsenic and Old Lace is full of madcap characters and it captivates its audience with its hilarious mishaps and madness…
